- Select 3-4 properties that we can discuss and review.
- I will get Real Estate comps to determine the homes value. By using comparable home sales or recent Real Estate sales prices and supply and demand will determine if the seller's asking price is in the range.
- Explain the earnest money check when making an offer and financing. I will negotiate the price, request for repairs and keep you informed all along the way.
- I will explain the home inspection, contingency periods and loan timelines that must be met after your offer has been accepted.
- I will sit down with you and discuss this home-buying process. Ask questions always that's how you learn and understand the process.
- When the Close of Escrow and recordation happens I will hand you the keys to your new home, You are now a homeowner, congratulations!
